Soros Strategy - Buy Real Low With Stacked Deck?

So it would appear from what I have read thus far is that Soros pours money into the former soviet countries by way of charitable organizations, puts his nationalist in place, then buys at rock bottom prices because no one else in the country has the capital to buy even at the rock bottom price and the restrictions that have been put in place by the Soros team scare those off that could.

Even if someone from the outside with the capital came in and could out bid the pigeon, they could not effectively run the company due to the controls in place and would be out of business quickly. No outsider in their right mind would waste their money on that game.

Sounds like a pretty sure thing, buy the necessary influence and then raid the state controlled corporations as they are sold at rock bottom prices in the shift to democracy.

This Soros thing has my attention if you can't tell....................
