Libby Pleads Not Guilty - Time For A Trial

Grand Jury convictions are pretty easy (see Ronnie Earle), a criminal trial puts everyone on equal footing and provides the platform for a true trial. That said Libby has pleaded "not guilty" and has asked for a jury trial:

Per Libby's attorney Ted Wells:

"He wants to clear his good name, and he wants a jury trial," one of Libby's new lawyers, prominent trial attorney Ted Wells, said later outside the courthouse

The Libby grand jury conviction will not hold I'll say now. Can't wait to see Joe Wilson and Plame on the stand as well as the Vanity Fair folks...........
